The latest and biggest in Asus’ breakthrough EEE line is here. The Asus Eee PC 1000H has more features, a bigger screen and keyword, and consequently a bigger price tag. It is also stretching the size of the EEE line to the max perhaps. Yet, it also happens to be the best laptop from that line by far.
The 10 inch screen features a 1,024 x 600 resolution which is clear and sharp. Highly satisfactory for a laptop this size. The 1.3 megapixel camera sits atop the screen and is adequate for most needs. The 80G hard drive is a welcome change from the tiny disk storage of other notebooks in the range, and the 40G SSD that comes with Linux if that is the OS you opt for.
Beautiful and small. This should put Asus EEE line back to the spotlight.
